Sometimes items arrive & are not what buyers were hoping for, no problem!! Simply send it back to us, the original invoice & a note requesting an exchange or refund. We will exchange your item or refund you money as soon as the original is received. Items should be in their original condition to be exchanged or refunded. Additional postal services are non-refundable. Please use a signed for or tracked service when returning items. All returns are the buyers' responsibility until they are received by our returns department. We advise you to keep the tracking number or receipt of postage for returned items until customer services have emailed to confirm the return has been received.
